    I have a 16 1/4 inch calf and these fit perfectly. They are so stylish. I wore them 1 time to work with a knee-length black skirt and received LOTS of compliments. They are very comfortable and I would recommend them to anyone. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the zipper on 1 of the boots is a bit difficult to work.

    This boot is very stylish and trendy. The only downside is that the calf is not wide enough for me. This boot is designed for a calf thats slightly larger than the average. The boot does not stretch, therefore it wouldn't be a good choice for someone with a "real" wide calf.

    These boots were great looking and felt good, EXCEPT that I think that the inherent issue with wide width calf boots is that the measurement of the circumference of the boot is at the top of the boot, as opposed to the middle of the shaft where most people's calves are the widest. So, sadly, I had to return my boots because the middle of the shaft was a bit tighter than I can handle.
