What Customers Love Customers rave that these socks never slide down nor do they bind or create indentions on legs. They are great for swollen legs.
These are less trouser socks and more cuff anklets that don't have to be turned down. They are traditional cotton socks, that are on the thin side so as to fit inside dress shoes. Nice socks, but I find the same or similar for less other places.
Previously purchased gray, this time got navy to go with a pair of navy slacks. They are comfortable, not-binding, they stay up, are thick enough to be warm, but not so thick as to cause issue with shoes not fitting over them. In short, I'll be buying these again.
These are OK as crew socks. The ribbing above the foot has somewhat tight elastic. They don't come up to my knee. They are not silky textured like most trouser socks I have purchased in the past. So the description needs to be changed.
In the past I had bought several of the two pack of socks and thought these were the same. The others I had bought previously were wonderful. These were completely different and fit totally different. Will never buy them again.
It upsets me when women's hosiery is labeled "Plus size" when it's not. "Plus size" does NOT mean someone necessarily has larger feet. It almost always means a woman has a larger ankle or calf and needs more room. Simply label socks by shoe size, 9-11 and 10-13, and DON'T call them "Plus size" unless they are cut more generously in the ankle and upper calf areas. This was a lot of money to pay for trouser socks that are still too tight and cut off the circulation at my knee!!
I have been looking for good cotton knee socks for several years now as my existing supply is wearing out. I thought these might be acceptable. But they are only midcalf in height and I am only 5'4". They are falling down after two hours. Not a good purchase but hate to waste the money to return them.
Trouser socks were too small & too short. In the picture, they look like they're knee length, they were not even calf length. They did not seem like other trouser socks I have bought that come just below the knee which is what I thought these would be.
I have been looking around for awhile for something like this cotton sock. I wanted them to wear with my Comfortview flats purchased recently. I wear them with shorter pants and the socks show. These are a nice alternative to putting on tights These are perfect to wear under dress boots as they are not bulky underneath. I will be careful when I wash them. I have athletic calves and they are perfect now.
Expected a longer (taller) sock. These hit mid to low calf. When you sit down and cross your leg and your pant leg rides up, you should not see your bare leg. The socks should be longer (taller) to hide your bare leg.
These socks pull on very easily, have plenty of stretch, but feel very much like cotton. They are lightweight but seem to wear well in any kind of shoe, even sport shoes. I'd have a drawer full of them if they had more colors.
These are great socks, don't get me wrong but they don't work for me presently because my legs are swollen so they are tight and cut into my legs after wearing a while. Normally you would not have that problem but medical issues cause my legs to swell sometimes.
Very well fitting socks.....love how they fit.... they do not bind or cut off circulation and yet they stay up all day long. Unfortunately I ordered black, which I need desperately, and they sent me blue....ah well I have blue slacks and jeans so I kept them, haven't been able to find them on line again but if I do I shall buy several pairs.....Black !
The sizing is all wrong. These are supposed to be a 1X. They are smaller and tighter than my regular Misses size socks. For as much as I paid for them, I am highly disappointed in them and will be giving them away to someone who might be able to wear them.
I have socks galore. Once a year I clean out that drawer and send 80% of them to Good Will. They are always too short, and then they shrink when you wash them. These weren't inexpensive but, after one wash, I won't wear them anymore. Material was cheap and thin.
I bought these socks in brown and black. They keep my feet warm when I wear them with my booties on cool days. They stay in place and are comfortable. They are a nice thickness (not too thin, not too thick) and I think they will wear well.
