Disappointed. Although the lace is lovely, it is the exact same color as the material and is hardly noticeable. Also the Aline flare is a little too reminesent of a maternity smock. I haven't washed it yet.
I bought this top in the Red Ochre color, which I would describe as being more of a burnt orange. I thought the lacing would be a little too revealing, but it is not at all. The top fit as I expected it. I'm 5'3" and wear a size 20W. It is casual enough for every day, but dressy enough for date night.
I bought this one size larger than I wear. I bought a 30 instead of a 28 and found that it feels too small around my shoulders. I do not have broad shoulders but I kept instead of sending back. Wishing now I had. I bought two of these last year in 28 and had no troubles with them. I purchased the copper color. Its ok.
The blouse is gorgeous, I bought the blue one on special got a very good price for it and it is stunning. Now, the bad side is you have to iron, that is why I gave 4 stars. It is not well sewn, has defects on the shoulder and front connections to the neck lining but again unless you know how to sew like me, you won't notice, I did when I ironed it. After you iron, with steam it won't wrinkle anymore but it does come very wrinkled from shipping. It is also a size bigger for me I did buy a 16W and I am an 18w fitted perfect.
I really love all the clothes I get from Roamans. The styles are just perfect for me. If I like the picture I'll like the blouse. The sizes are perfect. The quality is very good too. The descriptions are just right. The cuts are what they should be for the sizes. I rarely shop retail anymore. Don't need to.
I love the dark red color. I do not like to layer, so I have to keep laces tight. I have to move the cuff button because the cuff is so large it allows the sleeve to fall down over my hands. Love the style.
ordered in the white. pretty but kinda sheer would wear a camisole under this dressy or office wear. the lace ups were long so i pullled the knots out and cut some off and reknotted them.. i have short arms and the sleeves were a little long
Beautiful green color and high quality workmanship. Thinking about ordering more colors in this one. Very Boho chic which is all the range this fall but for me its a throwback to one of my favorite times when these styles were popular as well. Love everything boho hippie chic whatever you call it, it's all about comfort and style.
This is one of the most beautiful shirts I have ever worn.. I get so many compliments. I bought it in green to accent my eyes and to wear during the fall and winter, I LOVE IT! It looks great with my black leggings, my good jeans or my best pair of dress slacks...
When I saw this I knew I'd buy it - I got the 'navy' which isn't navy - more a darker sky blue, and the 'berry' which in my opinion is darker than the navy.
What disappointed me most is the lace up - you can't unlace the lace up, the ends of the lace are way too big to pass thru the eyes. I could cut them off, if I'd made up my mind to keep the two I ordered. Anyway, the neck comes up way higher than on the model, and I'd prefer it to be lower.
It's kinda small and the material is Georgette, no surprise there, if you read the fine print - so you have to be careful your bra isn't too vivid because under the right light you can see right through. Georgette is better in a print so bras disappear with the print.
The sleeves are long on me. And it's quite warm despite it being Georgette - it traps the air, so it's not really summer weight. Its small about my hips but I would use it tucked into a skirt.
Still not sure whether I'll keep it. Pretty embroidery though.
Love this tunic! There are just no cons to report. Makes you feel very pretty to wear it! Just skims your figure to smooth out your flaws. I bought the ivory one to wear with black slacks, with a black lace cami under it- so gorgeous! Washes well, no wrinkles. Drys quickly. I turn it inside out and put in a laundry bag to wash. Buy this in your usual size ladies, you won't be disappointed!
I bought three blouses and all of them are too tight in the upper part of the sleeves. News flash: plus size women don't have skinny arms! Consider getting a new supplier that knows how to make properly proportioned clothes. I'm returning all three.
