Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of our merchandise department links to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., tops, bottoms, dresses, etc.).
Use our convenient dropdown menus to select size and color. Then click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You'll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available or temporarily backordered. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our merchandise departments. You may view the contents of your shopping bag anytime, by selecting the View Shopping Bag link at the top right of every page, to see a list of the merchandise you've selected, whether each item's in stock or on backorder, as well as your current total.
After viewing your shopping bag, you may continue shopping by using the "continue shopping" button or you may proceed to purchase the items in your shopping bag by using the checkout button. To check out, if you haven't yet registered with us, you must first do so by providing your first and last name, your billing and shipping addresses, your email address (which we use to send information to you regarding your order), and a personally created password. If you've already registered, your account profile information will be displayed and you'll have the option of modifying your billing and/or shipping addresses.

Roamans® Gift Certificates can be used for online or catalog purchases. They're available in $5 increments ($5 minimum). Please go to the Gift Certificate page and complete the simple form to order either a Paper or e-Gift Certificate. Paper Gift Certificates are shipped via First Class Mail only and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. An e-Gift Certificate is emailed to the recipient within 1 business day, if purchased before 3PM EST, and within 2 business days if purchased after 3PM EST. The purchaser's credit card will be charged the amount of the e-Gift Certificate at checkout..

- Paper and e-Gift Certificates are for one-time use only and can't be redeemed for cash or used as payment on a Lane Bryant Catalog credit card account.
- Notification will be sent via email to the e-Gift Certificate purchaser and recipient.
- To redeem your Paper or e-Gift Certificate, you must enter the certificate code in the coupon box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the certificate amount, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance. If the order amount is less than the amount of the certificate, the customer will be issued a check for the remaining balance.
- Paper and e-Gift Certificates expire two years from the purchase date.

Exchanges
Credit card exchange orders can be processed quicker by phone by calling us toll-free at (800) 459-1025. For an exchange order, we'll issue a credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged item. If you want to exchange an item and not phone it in, or if it's a cash order you're returning, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice.
Returns
For return credits for items purchased within 90 days of receipt, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or charge card credit, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping & handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. If the item(s) returned were returned after 90 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a merchandise credit, less shipping & handling charges.

Check the offer carefully; sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices. If the item's offered at the reduced price, you can complete the checkout process and then Contact Us -- we'll be happy to issue a credit for the reduced price or send an explanation to you.
We don't ship international orders, we only ship to US possessions APO and FPO's.
