I bought these in the red and I absolutely love them. I definitely want the animal shoe as well but they weren't available in my size. This is the best pump I have ever worn and I could walk all day in them just like they were gymn shoes.
The shoes arrived fairly quickly. The shoes were stiff, but I figure after wearing them for a while they would get more comfortable. I wore them to church and noticed that the right shoe was wider than the left. I checked and they were the same size (9M). Since I wore them I cannot return them. I'll just have to buy an insert for the back of the right shoe so it will fit better. I've only worn them once so I have to wait and see if the stiffness goes away the next time I wear them.
At first, like most new shoes, they were a little stiff, but after stuffing rolled socks into the shoes overnight before wearing they are now very comfortable. A little big (not by much) will be perfect for fall/winter with a knee high stockings or thin sock. Really great looking shoe.
FInding shoes wide enough (and big enough) is a real problem for me. At best I usually suffer through a break in period and then they become comfortable. These shoes felt great from the moment I put them on. Not a single pinch or ouch and I wore them all day.
They are very similar to ones I found in other catelogs for $150! I suppose they aren't real leather and we'll see if they last. For now I really like them.
I wore them to a dinner in Dallas and I had trouble walking because the heels were too flip floppy but the toes were great for width. They did not feel like this when I tried them on at home and walked around. I will get some pads for the heels and see how that works.
I ordered the leopard print, and they're adorable! I did follow the other reviewers suggestions and I ordered a half size down. I normally wear a 9W, and the 8 ½ W fit perfect. I might get another color!
I am returning my third pair of Comfortview shoes. I used to buy all my shoes with this brand and was always very happy with my purchases. Unfortunately, Comfortview has started using a felty, cheap fabric (!) to cover the sole and heel of their shoes (sandals, flats...). It is the same material that you find on the soles of the shoes in discount shoe stores. As a result, not only you do not get any traction from the sole, but to the contrary, these shoes are very slippery. I am very disappointed, and I find it unacceptable that the description of the item mentions "extra traction" when in fact you slip with every step you take. I definitely do not recommend this item if you like good, stable shoes.
I am very disappointed in the fit of the shoe. It seems way too wide thru the heel fit of the shoe. They slip off of my heel when walking. I didn't/haven't returned them because of the cost to return the item. Guess I will not be purchasing any more shoes online from you again.
