Comfy dress
I love this dress, it's adjustable in the front
It runs true to size, even after washing, which makes the fabric softer. The sleeves are a nice length, give enough coverage while keeping you cool. Nice " middie "length, I'm 5'10, it falls half way to my ankles. A bit shorter than a maxie. This color will work with boots for fall too.

I bought this dress in another color and it was a bit too small. I wanted it to flow and not show my imperfections. I bought in a different color and a size up and I absolutely LOVE IT!

It's comfortable and I am almost 6' and it goes to my ankles. I want one in every color!

Not What It Used To Be. :(
I ordered this dress in brown several years ago and absolutely adore it. This year I decided to order the dusty coral, which online likes like a pinkish terra cotta. I was shocked to open the package and see a bright orange dress. I mean tangerine, almost traffic cone orange - neither dusty nor coral. Not at all what I was expecting, but I like orange, so I tried it on. The top is much bigger than my old one. Even with the drawstring cinched down to gather up some of the fabric, it looks gigantic and saggy. The skirt, on the other hand, doesn't seem as full. It's clingy right below the waist - in the upper hip area - and doesn't have the nice sweep of the older version. Somehow this dress manages to be too big and too small at the same time. I think it would work well on a V-shaped woman, but it's not flattering on an hour glass or pear shape.
The quality does seem to be good. Seams are finished nicely, the fabric has a heavier weight than the old version. This dress would pack well.

So DISAPPOINTED. Altered look not like the original
Over the years I bought this dress in navy and brown. Loved it I wanted new colors this year and so bought the fig and green/olive. What shock. The first dresses had the neckline you see on the the blond model who is wearing the burgundy and black. The olive and Burgundy, the 'new' look, is awful imho. They added a small ruffle along the neckline and then raised the V and lowered the bow...look carefully at the two models and you will see the style change. What would have been simpler would be to have the neckline on a drawstring so each woman could get the best look. Or just make it a scoop neck. This way, there is so much going on at the neck, it ruins the style, also the sleeves are too full making one look boxy and huge. The green photo accurately reveals the changes. I will be retuning mine. So sad to see a good concept go wrong. The peasant dress is a classic. This one screams frump.

Very nice
I have to use a pin to close the boobage but that's just a personal preference. I'm very large breasted and it's not cut to contain that much. It fits great otherwise and is a length that I'm comfortable with. The straps are easily customizable for fit.

I live in this dress
I love this dress and have it in five colors and am thrilled to get a green one and can't wait for a restock in fig in my size. I consider it a sort of classic, and switch up the look with jewelry, scarves and shawls. It's long enough to cover my ankles (a must), is the perfect fabric and weight for the office and I feel comfortable and attractive whenever I wear one. I am both comfort and style driven and am known for my personal style.
