You can either use our guest checkout, where no registration is required, or create a password-protected account where we’ll save your details for the next time you visit. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards
Shop around, select the item(s) you want and use your gift card to pay for it.
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used at any of the FULLBEAUTY Brands: womanwithin.com, fullbeauty.com, jessicalondon.com, kingsize.com, brylanehome.com and roamans.com.
To redeem gift cards and e-gift cards online, just enter the card number and pin number in the gift card box on the payment page at checkout. If you have a balance remaining on your order, you may add another acceptable payment method (like a credit card, another gift card, or merchandise credit) to cover it.
Track Your Balance
The gift card tracks your balance so you can use it for one purchase—then use the remaining balance for another purchase the next time you shop. Check the balance* of your gift card here.
*We retain gift card information for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

Need to postpone your payment?
We offer select customers* a 90-day deferred payment plan.
With the deferred payment plan, your account is not charged when you purchase. Instead, your account is charged automatically 90 days after your package ships.
Enter your defer payment code in the defer payment box—on the Shopping Bag page at checkout. You may use your defer payment code with any other savings promotion code. Deferred payment is for 90 days.
Purchases are subject to credit approval. The available credit on your credit account will be reduced by the amount of unbilled charges you have under the defer payment program.

Just select Customer Service at the top of every page. On the dropdown menu, select Order Status. Enter your order number, email address and billing zip code to find your order information.

Do we have your email address?
If you're a registered user (or you gave us your email address on the phone) you’ll receive two confirmation emails—one when your order is confirmed and a second one once your order has shipped.
We collect sales tax in those states where we are legally required to do so. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.
During the checkout process, simply enter the promotion code in the required field. The coupon will be automatically applied and your promotion will be listed in the “Promotions” line.

Check your invoice for the date we expect to fill your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
Need to make changes to your order?
We're processing your order as quickly as possible—but you do have a 25-minute window to make changes to your order once you’ve submitted it. Call us.
If your order has been processed and you’d like to add items, simply place a new order. If your order has been processed and you’d like to remove an item, return it to us for a refund once you receive it. See how to return.
